Welcome to Biju Car Rental. By accessing our website and booking our vehicles, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • Request Processing: Submitting a request via our website’s booking form does not guarantee an immediate reservation. Your booking is only confirmed once our team contacts you via Phone or WhatsApp and confirms vehicle availability.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate details (Name, Phone Number, Date, and Travel Type) while filling out the form. Any wrong information may lead to the cancellation of your request.

2. Rental Tariff and Payments

  • Pricing Structure: The rental rates vary based on the vehicle selected, duration, and type of service (Local or Outstation).
  • Additional Charges: Toll taxes, parking fees, state entry taxes, and driver night allowances (if applicable) are usually extra unless explicitly specified in your final quote.
  • Payment Mode: Payments can be made via UPI, Cash, or Net Banking as agreed upon during the booking confirmation.

3. Chauffeur (Driver) and Usage Rules

  • Our Drivers: All our vehicles come with professional, licensed, and experienced drivers. We do not provide self-drive cars.
  • Vehicle Safety: Biju Car Rental reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a ongoing trip if the passenger engages in illegal activities, misbehaves with the driver, or causes damage to the vehicle.
  • Luggage Policy: Luggage space depends entirely on the vehicle type (e.g., Hatchback vs. Tempo Traveller). Passengers are advised to select vehicles keeping their luggage load in mind.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Intimation: If you wish to cancel your trip, please inform us via phone call or WhatsApp at least 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Refund Policy: Any advance payments or booking token amounts will be refunded or adjusted based on our cancellation timeline and specific trip conditions discussed during booking.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Unforeseen Delays: Biju Car Rental strives to provide timely service; however, we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events such as extreme traffic jams, vehicle breakdowns, natural disasters, or sudden government restrictions. In case of a breakdown, we will make our best efforts to arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible.
  • Personal Belongings: Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings left in the vehicle. While our drivers double-check the car after every trip, we are not legally liable for any lost items.

6. Changes to Terms

Biju Car Rental reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon being posted on this website.
